Remember when romantic rejection was undesirable, as opposed to something to relish? Man, I thought my Gen X age group was bad with our emotional unavailability and slacker procrastination, but I want to smack these kids whose chief aim is to display their faux sadness like a badge of honor. There's apparently SOME sort of Twilight game in development, and it would make sense for them to capitalize on the property by giving it an online social network aspect.
I just wrapped up my jury duty service. It's quite a burden when you're self-employed. Fortunately, the trial was a simple case that only took a week. I also got to forcefully badger an older Hispanic lady (she reminded me of your mom, Vargas) during deliberations. Normally, I'd feel terrible about that, but the interests of JUSTICE proved to be a higher calling than the social niceties of not verbally bullying her. Next time I'm on a jury panel and asked if there's any reason why I might not render a fair judgment, I can say, "I have a proclivity to yell at old ladies in the jury room." That could set up a Tourette Syndrome scenario where I start blurting out phrases like, "FINAL JUSTICE!" and "I AM THE LAW!"
