Ayep.

I'm kind of in the same boat, Arturo. I was pretty freakin' good, when I needed to win - able to think ahead enough moves where I could sacrifice major pieces in exchange for victory conditions. At that point, some players would even buy the appearance that I won by accident, because it was so implausibly (to them) dramatic.

Now however, after a decade and a half of inactivity...I'm terrible. Just simply atrocious :( Maybe you and I should kick it up again, just for the intellectual exercise.

I've gotten in the habit over the past few months of playing chess on Facebook. It's usually slow, one or two moves a day since I'm rarely on at the same time as the people I'm playing, however it's still a lot of fun. Yino beat me pretty fairly last week. Also, is it sad that I'm more excited about Xbox live arcade games then proper Xbox360 games?

It means you need to be on when other people are so they can pull your ass into online games.

yup, that's what it means, is still pretty funny (even when a single game might last days).

Yeah, thanks a lot fucknut. What with my not having a X360 and my computer being a relic and whatnot.

Whenever I am able to I get online and I play. I was there for WoW. I played on Live whenever I actually could. None of you guys played Half-Life and it's mods on the PC but I was there all the time. Warcraft/Diablo/Starcraft was again a matter of my comp not being up to it, but when my tech curve reached a proper level I did hop on.

The thing is that you tend to avoid what we play when you have the means to. If you don't WANT to that's cool, but you tend to say you want to and then don't really do much about it until WAY after the fact.

Just re-took it. A girl I dated in 10th grade got 20% so I figured I'd see if I got worse. Up to 13.0861%. Still Geekish Tendencies.

I'm damn sure that the extra whatever % I went up comes from me asking what stuff I didn't know was... thus I know who some of the people are now, etc etc.
