So I saw this a couple of weeks ago. Drowned out with huge summer blockbuster names such as Ironman, Hulk, and Batman, Prince Caspian is the little diamond in the rough. Far better than the first movie, this episode in the series offers much darker characters, much bigger and more epic battles, a deeper storyline, and isn't targeting children. Dark evil monsters behind corners, gruesome and sad deaths, and a tone and pace that doesn't bore you to tears this movie was not just watchable, it was damn enjoyable. I really disliked the first movie. It was slow, it was childish, the kids acted horribly, and I just really couldn't stand it. I felt like I was watching Star Wars Episode 1 and the entire movie focused on little kid Anakin Skywalker and his best friend Jar Jar. "Yippeeeeeee!" This movie was actually great. I recommend seeing it. I know its going to be hard to find a weekend this and next month without an excellent release. But if you have time. Catch an extra matinee. It's well worth it.

It actually is a lot better than the first. It's a nice flick. Doesn't feel like the 3 hour bore fest the first one was.
