1900 - Spring 1901
Non-Aggression; Austria & Italy
Non-Aggression; Austria & Russia
Non-Aggression; England & France (specifically English channel until Fall 1902)
Mutual Defense; France, Germany & Russia
Non-Aggression; Russia & Turkey (specifically Black Sea, although Russia committed to general armistice)

Spring 1901-Fall 1901
Germany and Russia downgrade their support of France to Non-Aggression - One (1) Treachery Point each

Austria Declares War on Turkey

Fall 1901
Turkey Declares War on Russia

Austria supports Turkish attack on Russian army - Three (3) Treachery Points awarded: failing to Declare War, violating Non-Aggression pact with Russia, and false Declaration of War on Turkey

Turkish Army attacks Russian Fleet - Russia freed from general Non-Aggression proclamation

Fall 1901 to Spring 1902
Russia Declares War on Austria & Turkey

Turkey disavows Declaration of War on Russia, then reinstates it - One (1) Treachery Point for contradictory terms

Germany Declares War on Austria

France Declares War on Austria & Turkey

Italy Declares War on France

France presents ultimatum to Italy; Declaration of War if not met, conditions agreed to but ultimately not met - One (1) Treachery Point to Italy for false assent

Germany Declares War on Turkey

Turkey Declares War on France & Germany

France Declares War on England

Germany Declares War on England

Spring 1902
France enters English Channel - One (1) Treachery Point awarded for violating Non-Aggression pact.

Italy enters Tyrolia & Trieste - Two (2) Treachery Points awarded for failing to Declare War and violating Non-Aggression pact.

Turkey enters Black Sea - One (1) Treachery Point awarded for violating Non-Aggression pact.

Spring 1902 to Fall 1902

England Declares War on France, Germany & Russia

Non-Aggression Pact; Austria & Turkey (Turkey's involvement until the fall of France)

Austria Declares War on France, Italy, Germany & Russia

Fall 1902
Austria supports Italian attack on German army - One (1) Treachery point awarded for false Declaration of War on Italy

Italy attacks German army - One (1) Treachery point awarded for failing to Declare War.

Fall 1903
Germany Declares War on Russia - Two (2) Treachery Points awarded for violating Mutual Defense Treaty.

Italy attacks German army - One (1) Treachery point awarded for failing to Declare War.

Spring 1904
Germany Declares War on France and enters French territory - One (1) Treachery Point awarded for violating Non-Aggression Pact.

Spring 1904 to Fall 1904
England and Germany declare a cessation of hostilities.
Germany and Turkey declare a cessation of hostilities.

Fall 1904
France attacks German army - One (1) Treachery point awarded for failing to Declare War.

Fall 1904 to Spring 1905
Turkey Declares War on Austria - I considered giving Turkey a treachery point for violating a Non-Aggression treaty, but the stipulating duration for the treaty was until the "defeat of France". Considering that all three of France's home centers were lost to them, this is enough of a gray area to release Turkey from the agreement.

Spring 1905
Turkey Declares War on Italy

Fall 1905
Austria attacks multiple Turkish armies - Three (3) Treachery Points awarded for failing to Declare War.

Germany Declares War on England

Spring 1906
Austria attacks multiple Turkish armies - Four (4) Treachery Points awarded for failing to Declare War.

Clearly, I need to revise the rules for Treachery Points next game. Joel has found the way to abuse them as currently written.

Yeah, I was looking into retconning the Treachery Index to make sense, but it got too messy. I think I have clear rules for it for next game. For this game, regardless of what transpires, I think we can all agree that Joel has been the most recreant serpent.

We will never forget the treachery of the Hapsburg swine!
