A tattered, partially burned note with a badly pressed russian seal reads:

Hello! Russia has been overrun by The Mongolian Horde. Again.

*the next part is illegible due to a spatter of blood, and the handwriting has changed afterwards*

I am apologizing for the blood now. The man writing previously was telling me I should be diplomatic.

Then another man who is now writing for me convinced me I should apologize for what I did to the first man that got blood on this paper.

*several more beginnings of sentances have been written and scratched out.*

I will NOT burn and pillage your villages and/or steal your horses, children, money, etc.

I also will not *another blood spatter and handwriting change*

I am friendly! Lets be friends!
