HDMI Pass through = Simultplay?

In strip 1084 it is mentioned that via the HDMI passthrough on the XBOne that you can play XBOne and PS4 content, and presumably TV, PS3, etcetera, at the same time. Is that a direct translation or a joke based on being able to play your PS4 games through your XBOne dashboard?
