I dunno, I'm really just doing a sounding here, but GURPS 3rd would be my vote for system or perhaps Risus. As it's a forum RPG it'd have to be high RP low combat. And I think it would be pretty casual, post as you can kinda think.

I would assume it's mostly RP, and along the lines of "this is my agenda, and this is what I'm willing to compromise on", since we can't really do back and forth with any reliable frequency.

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking. I think there's potential, I mean I kinda enjoyed the time we did LCS by PBEM. Who else is down?

Well, for a start I've never played Gurps, and I don't know how to play it. So for this I'll just watch.
