Ahh, a good Squeeeee is always fun, although it does hurt poor Dave's brain. :( lol

I'd say for NaNoWriMo (which is generally a bit crazy/silly in some ways) maybe try one of two approaches: one, write the first chapter or two (a thousand words or so?) of each story and see which one appeals to you more and really takes off; or two, smash them both together and make it a modern near future sci-fi fantasy story full of demons and magic, with a liberal sprinkling of swordplay and a little bit more magic! lol

No crowbars, no power armour, and I'm fairly sure the work I'm doing at the minute is actually harder than staging a guerilla movement against alien overlords. It's topological quantum computing, and it's actually more awkward than it sounds.

Hmm. topological quantum computing already sounds pretty awkward. It's too bad more real-world problems can't be solved by staging a guerrilla movement against alien overlords.

Hi, my name is Dan.
I am a person. I'm a Videographer for City University of New York. I used to write a webcomic. I live in Astoria, Queens with my wife, cat, six rats and five mice. I'm dyslexic, have an ulcer and today I'm having stitches removed from my gums. I'm out of randomness now.

It's obviously a bot, don't feel sorry for it.

Hi, my nick is Atrox, and... I am a person.

Anyway, I'm a civil engineer from México, but my whole life has always being about videogames, so I keep depriving myself of sleeping for playing or to write about the things I play. Right now I'm a freelance writer for a couple of websites (free, as "in I'm not being paid for doing so") and I manage an even smaller website for the people on my country.

I got here, because I am a frequent visitor of MakeUseOf.com, and one of your comics ended up in their "Geeky Fun" section: http://www.makeuseof.com/tech-fun/you-look-great-but-i-was-hoping-for/

I've been hooked up to this website these last months, and just today I realized... You have forums! So, I just wanted to come by and say THANKS for the great job you're doing!

It took a couple of weeks, but now they do.
Also, in that time our rat count has gone up to 14. Beth and I may need to start our own shelter.

Yes, they're pet rats, but not a litter. I met a homeless couple on the street who were keeping 20 baby rats in a tiny 4 gallon aquarium. I convinced them to let me take some of them so they don't die in the cold.

Hello, Atrox!

Not noticing the forums is fine. We've had readers who didn't notice that there were three comics available.
